Need Help with Fifth Third Accounts

I do all my banking with Fifth Third Bank. I can get my checking and savings accounts to appear, but I can't get my 5/3 Credit Card, Mortgage, Home Equity, or IRA to show up. Anyone have any luck in getting this resolved? If I can't get these accounts into Quicken there is no point in me having quicken…🙄
