Quick Pay: Verizon Wireless: Your payment could not be completed (Twice in 2 days).

I experienced two problems using Quick Pay in attempting to pay my Verizon Wireless bill.

First, Quicken failed to pay my bill twice in two days, "Your payment could not be completed".

Second, Quicken failed to use ACH payment fallback for the two failed payments.

I put the most of the text from two "Your payment could not be completed" emails from Quicken below.

UKR, please do not respond with your "Be sure to avoid late fees and penalty interest fees" message in this thread.

    To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Payments and see if it changes anything. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Payments in the dropdown menu.
