ONGOING 6/26/24 Firstmark Services - Student Loans - FDP-105 / “Sorry. We encountered an error."
We have identified that users with Firstmark Services - Student Loans are receiving an FDP-105 in Quicken Classic for Mac & “Sorry. We encountered an error. (It’s not your fault.)” in Quicken Classic for Windows.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
