Downloading US Treasury

I have two accounts at Wells Fargo Advisors that contain, among many other things, three US Treasury items. They are named "US Treasury 5", "US Treasury 6", and "US Treasury 912797KC0". I have no idea how these names get assigned. Starting several days ago, when doing an update, these Treasury's "break". After a One Step Update I end up with "US Treasury"and "US Treasury 912797KC0". US Treasury 5/6 are gone, and "US Treasury" is added. If I delete these accounts and add them back as new accounts all the US Treasury's come back. The problem is tied to the One Step Update. I have no idea where Quicken goes to get it's update data. Any ideas?

    Hello @Bernie Natter,

To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

    Hope this helps!
