Receiving this error for several days. On Jun 8 paypal asked for an additional security code. It was sent to my mobile. Since then, I am not receiving the security code when I try to osu. My other accounts update fine. I tried the reset account feature and now I can not access paypal without the security code that is not being sent.

Please be aware we do currently have a known issue with PayPal that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time. While the investigation remains ongoing, please refer to this Community Alert for any and all updates.

Also, please note that while the error code you are receiving is slightly different from the error code reported within the Alert, it is related.
