Carecredit has gone stupid

Just got off of three hours customer service and technical support. Not only does CareCredit no longer allow direct connection with Quicken, they have now removed the option in the CareCredit accounts to download transactions into Quicken. All that is available now is the digital caveman method of matching a pdf of a statement with Quicken Carecredit accounts. They are unrelenting in this stupidity.

    Yep. They announced this about a month ago. I thought it was just for the "OneStep Update" method of downloading information. Today I learned that they totally stopped supporting any kind of data download. No .CSV, MicroSoft Money, or Quicken.

    I too sent an e-mail to CareCredit and asked why, they just said "nobody uses it so we stopped supporting it". No…that's a lie, and even their subredit is loaded to the hilt with "YOU IDIOTS". Sad…
