UBS - error 16503

Hi, I've been getting this message for 3 days now. I talked to my UBS person who said they were having website issues over the weekend, but that it's all fixed now. However I keep getting the message below. Anybody have an idea what might be happening?

    Hello All,

However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation. It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

    Me three. Cannot connect to UBS since this weekend. Quicken Mac subscription. Has worked for yeaers.

    Same problem with UBS since 15 June. Error message says simply "An Error Has Occurred" after 1 second. Tried "Reset Account", but that locked up Quicken. Sent sanitized file 17 June thru "Help > Report a problem".
