Altruist transactions not showing up in Quicken
Hi, I recently had 4x Altruist retirement accounts opened. I created 4 accounts in Quicken and linked them all to the respective Altruist accounts. It appeared to be downloading a bunch of transactions for each account based on the download time for each. However, when I finished the download there were no transactions at all? It also came thru as Simple as this is the only format that Altruist supports. I closed Quicken and re-opened thinking it would reset but they all show 0 balance, nothing on the main screen for each account. Anything I am missing or suggestions to fix this? Thanks - Tim

When did this issue begin to occur? From the moment you added your Altruist accounts? Are you receiving any error codes or messages?
