Schwab Account Download - Online Balance?

Hi - I did a download of my Schwab accounts and the online balance is now the account value and not the cash balance. This is causing the auto reconcile not to work. Is this a change with Schwab or do we need to do something difference to auto reconcile the account?

    Hello @mark303,

    I do apologize for the delayed response.

    First, I suggest creating a test file to see if the same issue occurs as it does in your main file regarding the balance. To create a test file, please navigate to File > New > Start from Scratch. From there, you will add your Charles Schwab account(s). Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
