Why aren't JP Morgan Chase accounts syncing properly
I have to reset the account each time I want to download the latest transactions. They don't sync without a reset

Hello @pez59,
Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? How long has this issue been occurring?
Let me know!

No error codes. It just doesn't download any transactions or update the online balance. All other accounts work fine. It's been occurring for several weeks. I reset the account and get transactions immediately, but the next time I run One Step Update, there are no new transactions.

Hello @pez59 and @D03101950b!,
Due to the length of time with which you have been experiencing this issue, I suggest reaching out to Quicken Support directly as an escalation may be in order. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
I apologize that I cannot be of more assistance.

I've been seeing the same recently. a little over a month ago I noticed transactions were not being pulled, no error. I reset the account and started seeing updates however this persistent until reset just didn't do the trick any more. I have also tried disabling and went through the setup a few times now. I did get it to work once while on a call with support, closed the ticket and now it started again. This is only with Chase and my primary checking account. I have 6 other chase accounts that pull, I think with the same connection. and similar to the Jasmine's experience, no error, sync show complete with 0 transactions. I will need to open another ticket. Spending way too much time troubleshooting, very frustrating…. anyone see the same, have a fix?

I was on with Quicken Support Directly for over an hour. They could not resolve this, and the case was escalated to engineering. It seems this is a more widespread problem. One interesting result, though, is we can not only create a new Quicken file and get downloaded transactions but if you attempt to import a downloaded QIF file from Chase, it creates a new account in Quicken (odd) with all the transactions we were expecting to see in the original account sync. Stay tuned for more. I just figured I would add my experience as it may help someone else.
