Quicken one-step update will update bills but won't update financial institution transactions.

    In order to better assist you further, could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when you attempt to update? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you can provide us with here, please?

    There are no codes. The Chase bank update show the waiting message. The bills update shows processing. Once updated the screen closes and there are no Chase transactions downloaded.
