Quicken only supports financial institutions in the US and Canada.

@Santiago - Your profile shows you have been using Quicken for "a long time". Do you have an active Quicken subscription? Or are you using a pre-subscription version or an expired subscription version?
If you are using Quicken for Windows, you can get this information from Help > About Quicken.
I am not sure how you access this information in Quicken for Mac (since it seems like you at least tried to use this edition at one time).
Regardless of whether you are using Quicken for Windows or Quicken for Mac, you should note that using the Quicken Web service is only possible if you have an active subscription.

not sure what you are asking - or want to do -
Quicken is a desktop based software - either Windows or Mac -
beyond that - it has the ability to upload a subset of data to the Quicken Cloud
for viewing with the Quicken Mobile App or the Quicken browser portal called Quicken on the Web -Quicken is not built to share the data file with other computers or applications -

This might apply. Quicken Windows US will refuse to sync non-USD accounts to Quicken Mobile/Web.
From what I understand Quicken Windows Canadian and Quicken Mac will allow this, but since Quicken Mobile/Web doesn't have support for multiple currencies the "numbers will be there, but no attempt to do any kind of conversion so that totals are right in reports" will be done.
