On windows. S&T Bank & PNC Bank. Back in January & February, the Quicken program wasn't downloading all the transactions from our bank account. I made a call to customer service in both January & February. Both times they were able to get the missing transactions but unable to fix the problem. They also left me with a messed up version of my file after creating multiple files and then going back to my original & working on it too. This causes a lot of extra work on my part. The issues continued off & on as the month have continued. Because the downloaded transactions aren't always accurate any more, I have to look to see transactions that the bank shows for our 8 accounts then download the transactions in the Quicken program & compare the 2 each day. I'm frustrated with having to do this each day. I pay the yearly fee so that the Quicken program will do this. Instead of it working all the time, I have to have this daily routine to insure that I get all the transactions. So far in June alone there has been 4 days when the transactions didn't all download.
June 6th - 2 transactions downloaded - 6 missed transactions from 1 account - had to deactivate & reactive that account to get transactions
June 17th - 31 transactions downloaded - 3 missed transactions from an account - had to deactivate & reactive that account to get transactions
June 19th - 0 transactions downloaded - 3 missed transactions from 2 different accounts - had to deactivate & reactive that account to get transactions
June 21st - 2 transactions downloaded - 1 missed transactions from an account - had to deactivate & reactive that account to get transactions
Is anyone else dealing with this issue?
