online balance not synching with TD Bank
Quicken just charged me a new license fee fee yesterday and probably updated the app.
Already went to TD bank online and enabled quicken. Then on the app disabled account access from the accounts tab and re-enabled online access. On line report screen after download shows "green dot" "successful" but no transactions in register.
Spent an hour w TD gloing thru this; they think its the Quciken side
Used service for 20+ years; not happy

Do you have multiple accounts with TD Bank? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring when attempting to download transactions? Did this issue begin to occur yesterday?
