Simplifi Question

I went to www.quicken.com. Clicked sign in and then selected Simplifi. It took me to simplify.quicken.com. I login in and then it gets stuck on the loading screen and doesn't do anything from there. I am using the latest version of Chrome. I then found a community forum at community.simplifimoney.com. I posted my issue to this website and got a reply that said use app.simplifimoney.com and this site looks like a legit Quicken owned site, but I am not sure because the domain is not quicken.com.
So, is app.simplifimoney.com a legitimate Quicken site and if so, what is the difference between simplify.quicken.com and app.simplifimoney.com. Note, I can log in to the Simplifi mobile app from Quicken and it works. Any help is appreciated.

Some general troubleshooting you can try -

• Pause or disable browser extensions in case one of them is interfering
• Try a different web browser
• If you use a VPN, try turning it off to see if that helps.
