Can no longer connect to my MBNA Choice Rewards card

As of June 7th, my MBNA Choice Rewards Mastercard no longer connects. Keeps giving me the following errors. Please help!!

ACCOUNT_MISMATCH

Account not found. No accounts returned - case 106
