Robinhood cash management not syncing

I am excited about getting more connection options with Robinhood but I seem to be unable to get the Cash Management to download transaction or even stay connected. I have tried to link the account and create a new one but nothing works. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?
I am using Quicken Classic Business & Personal

What exactly is occurring when attempting to add your Robinhood account(s) or download transactions? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin to occur?
