Having an issue entering a loan payment using the bill reminder

Hi, I have a new Home equity loan that has been entered into Quicken (as a mortgage account). I created the bill reminders during the setup of this account. I am trying to enter the first payment using this reminder and it keeps coming up as a "paycheck" deposit from a payor that hasn't been used in my quicken account for over 20 years. I have tried editing the payment reminder and everything shows up fine in the edit screen but can't actually enter the payment correctly. I contacted online support and they had me do several tasks, including validating the file, creating a backup, creating a copy, deleted and re-adding the loan reminder and could not resolve. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this "glitch"
