NFCU EWC+ problems
I went through the process to connect with the new EWC+. It connected all my accounts initially. I was able to get to the NFCU site to connect accounts for download. The download failed with the common 500 error. Got beyond that, tried every suggestion on this forum. Suddenly my accounts all were reset to the old download protocol. I can find no way to reset my accounts back to EWC+.
Thus I need help to get back to EWC+ on my NFCU account. Then I'll need help in connecting accounts(only 3).

to add…I can get to NFCU site to connect accounts I wish to download. I get the 500 error. My checking account shows a clock icon (pending transactions). Status remains "set up online". No EWC+ shows under account name as it did when I first changed to the new connection method. It appears it is back under old connection protocol.
