I have the same issue with Schwab accounts. Once in a while it does download, but most of the time it just hangs. When I go to task manager it says Quicken not responding

Hello @Ralph,

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice that Quicken was hanging/freezing while trying to update accounts? Does this happen only when updating Schwab accounts, or do you see this behavior with other financial institutions also? Does Schwab update successfully when you unselect the other financial institutions and update only Schwab? Do you have more than one User ID with Schwab? If so, does this issue affect all of them?
