Schwab Connection Download Update Issues
Everything worked fine one day and all went crazy the next.
All Schwab accounts (11) suddenly stopped connecting and downloading transactions.
Spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support (only to be somehow disconnected) and did all the usual things (uninstalling and reinstalling Quicken, setting up test file, deactivating and reactivating. Plus, the latest transactions are not downloading after they had me go back and open a previously saved file. And more but my mind is fried. This has basically happened about 3 months in a row. First two times it got fixed but not this time. I have data going back 15 years. Their suggestion to just start over with a new file and only a few months of data is unacceptable! Quicken needs to do better with handling large files with many accounts.
Help.

Hello @jlowenby
Would you mind providing me with the ticket number that would have been given to you during your Quicken Support interaction?
Thanks!

Hello Jasmine:
Actually, I wasn't ever given a ticket number on this occasion. In the past, that has probably been just about the last thing done at the end of the call. In this case, I was disconnected and, even though the agent apparently called back twice, when I answered, we were again disconnected. I assumed I would get an email with the number but that didn't happen.
For what it's worth, here are the two prior ticket numbers, both dealing with the same basic issue of multiple accounts no longer connected and updating: #10963900 and #11051872.
