date last downloaded not showing under account name

After OSU, most of my accounts show the Last Download date/time/method. For those without info (Amex, Chase credit card, PenFed) the Account list has 'Not Available' in the Last Download column. The OSU summary screen also does not list them yet they've been updated.

Any thoughts

Some of these banks may require you to "reauthorize" your accounts. Try an "Update now" from one of the banks account registers and let the process guide you. Repeat for all other banks you're having issues with.

No go. And for clarity, the Last Download date/time/method shows on the account transaction registers.

Interestingly, when I do the Update Now, for those without that info displayed, after the update completes, the OSU screen shows 'complete' and then goes away replaced by the OSU Summary screen without an institution showing. For an account with the info displayed, I get an OSU Summary screen with Financial Institutions updated. I do have 'Just show the last update' checked and 'Show this window only when there are errors' unchecked..

    @JstLukng -

And for clarity, the Last Download date/time/method shows on the account transaction registers.

Is the Last Download date/time shown accurate or is it outdated?

If it is outdated and based on the other symptoms you described ("Not Available" in the Account List, blank OSU Summary screen) it makes me think that your runtime.dat file might have become corrupted. It's not a hard fix but it can take a little time because the EWC and EWC+ connected accounts will most likely need to be Reset or set up again via Add Account or Set Up Now (in this instance I would recommend using Add Account over Set Up Now). You can see the step-by-step process here: Time date stamp [of last account update]. Scroll up to the 2nd post shown in that thread.

Let us know if this resolved the issue for you.

Boatmanic - I was imprecise - I was trying to say that it is on the accounts' transaction registers that you see "Last Download date/time/method" (under the account name). For the accounts I listed, that last download info doesn't appear under the account name

Thanks for clarifying. What you show and stated in your last post is what I thought you were saying.

Which method did you use to reauthorized Amex, Chase and PenFed? Reset Account? Set Up Now? Or Add Account?

I have several credit cards. I use one step update daily. On all but one, at the top of the register, Quicken shows the date and time of the most recent update. No problem there. But on Citi card, nothing is shown - it is just blank. The information appears to be downloading and updating OK, but no date and time of most recent update. Hmmm….. I wonder why?

That information isn't stored in the data file. It is actually store in:

    "C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Current\runtime.dat"

And this file has been known to get corrupted at times and show the behavior you are seeing.

Some recommend that when this happens to delete that file (with Quicken not running) and it will get recreated on the next One Step Update and hopefully be correct.

It's there. It's probably just hidden. As @Chris_QPW stated, even if deleted, Q will re-create it.

Depending on what version of Windows you have turning on showing hidden files is a bit different. Here it is in Windows 11.

    Start Windows File Explorer:

    "C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Current\runtime.dat"

You need to replace "Current" with the actual name of your current Quicken data file.

If you can't find the file just do a Windows search for runtime.dat.

Also, as mentioned in my 1st post in this thread: There is a thread on this that you might want to read regarding this subject and runtime.dat file corruption issue. It has a step-by-step process (scroll up to the 2nd post in the thread) of what to do and what to expect.: Time date stamp [of last account update].
