Adding AllState and At&t to Bills
I am having trouble adding these two billers. I get a message that "Still connecting to (either biller). I am told this may take a day or two and to check back. Well, the issue is never really resolved. I will then go and click on the fix icon and I get the same message.
When I go and click on the gear icon in the biller tab, and then go to review and repair online billers, I get a message that the biller is incomplete or not present locally. Is there something else I can try?

Hello @mapoet,
I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.
Regarding the AllState biller issues, I know that you mentioned attempting to review and repair online billers so first, I suggest that you please try validating and/or super validating your data file. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Validate:
- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, proceed to Super Validate. If the issue is resolved after performing validation, then please disregard the instructions to Super Validate.
Super Validate:- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
I hope this helps!

Thank you. The Super Validation worked with AllState.
