Paid for a renewal subscription but used my other email.
I have Quicken under my email "spt….". decided to renew my subscription because of the renewal adds. In error I paid under my other email address "mx." I paid the full amount. Now my Quicken app still runs the renewal adds under my acct "spt….." I guess to fix this is to change my payment to reflect the acct. "spt…..". For the life of me I cannot email Customer Support, they block it. I don't have US phone access. How can I resolve this, appreciate your help.

Based on the issue you described, it would be better suited for you to contact Quicken Support directly for assistance. Our support agents will have the necessary tools available to resolve this for you, which, unfortunately, this channel does not.
