RBFCU Credit Card transactions not downloading (Q Mac)

I just started using this card (World Cash Back). After I added it to Quicken, the balance is indicated correctly, but no transactions are downloaded (I can see the transactions online).

I also note that this problem was reported earlier, about a year ago, for both Quicken (Mac) and Simplifi. For the latter, the problem was acknowledged, but apparently there was been no resolution.

Is there an update?

    Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin? Have you ever been able to download transactions? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
