no capital one downloads for past few days, deactivate & activate worked

FYI, there was no downloads or error messages from my capital one accounts. Had to deactivate and activate accounts again.
Quicken also added a deposit to my savings account first register entry. I have seen this numerous times on different accounts when I reactivate. I had to manually zero out that first entry.
