One Step Update Won't Complete After Moving Data File from OneDrive to my Local Hard Drive
The question says it all. Some institutions show as complete, but most are still showing as Waiting and this is after 15 minutes - should take about two minutes.
I moved the data file from OneDrive to my hard drive as Quicken was taking up to one minute to process a transaction. But now One Step Update won't finish.
I searched discussion history but didn't see this - if it's out there please point me to it.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Did you make certain your Quicken program was closed prior to moving the file? After moving the file, did you double click on it to open it from that new location? Did the issue start immediately after moving the file? If not, was there anything else that happened around the same time? In it's new location, is there any sort of cloud backup or backup service that is synced with the file (and if so, is that service paused when you are accessing the file)? Are you seeing any other unexpected behaviors since moving the file?

Hi Kristina - it resolved itself after about 30 minutes of running. Guess I was impatient 😁. It's run normally two or three times since.
You can close this out and delete it.
