I can't add Morgan Stanley account - error 16503
I have updated my Morgan Stanley account to enable third party data sharing, but that hasn't worked. Quicken appears to go to Morganstanley.com for access. That URL requires a click on the Client Login button which then has a drop down to the Morgan Stanley Online access button. I'm wondering if Quicken needs to default to this login URL: https://login.morganstanleyclientserv.com/ux/

Updating transactions involves Quicken requesting information from your bank and the bank responding with valid information. An OFX 16503 error indicates Quicken did not receive the expected response from the bank. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
