Cash balance in Holdings window doesn't match ledger balance
For one of my investment accounts, the cash balance on the Holdings screen does not match that of the account ledger. For all other accounts, these balances match. The account should have a zero cash balance as stated in the ledger. By changing the "As-of" date on the Holdings screen, I can see that the current -4K amount has been there since 12/31/2012, with some fluctuations prior to that. How can I clear out that Holdings balance? I've tried updating the cash balance to remove the Holdings balance, but it also adjusts the ledger balance by the same amount so they still don't match.

I used to update the 401K holdings using the manual function each quarter prior to downloads being available, so the timing lines up with when I did that. The quarterly cash balances on the ledger zeroed-out after each quarterly update. The one thing that I see below is that the transactions for a couple of the securities had a Cash Amt of N/A. For 2008 Q1, these transactions totaled to my Holdings cash balance for 3/31/2008. Maybe I just need to adjust these transactions to include the actual Cash Amt, but how do I do that? I haven't been able to find a solution to that question.
