Unusual download transactions (Q Mac)

I download from a bank- checking acct and a loan.

Monthly I see a transaction that states Bank Name, 'category adjustment', an amount

These amounts can be + or -. I've seen both.

When I go on-line at my bank- these transaction don't exist.

How would I tell if the bank is sending bogus transactions or Quicken is making stuff up?

    When I do Show Inspector on transactions from this bank there is no FITID. Not sure what that means….
