Can't add Morgan Stanley.
I have been a Quicken user for many years. I have connected to US Bank, Fidelity, and Merrill Lynch. But, I can't add a Morgan Stanley account. I have gone into Morgan Stanley online, and enabled third party data sharing, but that hasn't worked. I continue to get the feared: OFX Error: 16503
I've called the Quicken help at 650-250-1900 but that AI solution was zero value-added. I will call Morgan Stanley but not anticipating much help from them. I need to find a MAC Quicken User that has successfully been accessing their Morgan Stanley cash management account.

As I had stated in your other thread regarding this issue.
Updating transactions involves Quicken requesting information from your bank and the bank responding with valid information. An OFX 16503 error indicates Quicken did not receive the expected response from the bank. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
