Verisight/Newport Group brokerage account went to zero balance

About a week ago I did my normal update and my brokerage account suddenly read as a zero balance with no transactions. I am on Windows Classic, Ver R57.16, Express Web Connect. I tried manually re-entering the basic information and it zero'd out again at next update. I have deleted and re-added the account. I tried creating a separate quicken file to see if it did it on that as well and it did. I contacted Newport and they directed me to Quicken support. I'm out of things to try. Advice?
