Cannot add or update accounts with Members First

    Members First. I can not update or add my accounts. Worked before. Frustrating. For windows.

    Could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when you attempt to update? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect?

    When I click on the update button, C800. Then it updated my acct (new matches) (unexpected as this didn't happen recently), but it says C800 again. Then I tried to fix it as suggested. Acct not deleted, had to add acct again. My accts were found, but "do not add to quicken". Next it says "Success"

    Hmmm….not what I say is completely successful.
