Alight Accounts
I have 2 different accounts with my employer managed through Alight. One is a 403b and one is a 401a. Most recently, quicken is only recognizing the 403b account. None of the 401a activity is syncing. I am not getting any errors, and I am able to successfully sync my 403b transactions. I contacted alight customer service and they told me it was a quicken problem. Help!

Hello @Michael C,
To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
Let us know how it goes!

My employer transitioned to Alight for managing 403b and 401k plans. Alight is not transparent and their customer help has been poor and/or incomplete. I have gotten things to work but it has been a struggle with many missteps along the way.
