Colonial Bank not working

Colonial Bank (www.servicehomeloan.com) will not add my account. I keep getting the error "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)". This has been going on for months now. Any idea when this will get resolved?

Are you referring to Colonial Savings Mortgage? It is the only one with the URL you referenced.

If not this one, which is the one you are trying to connect to? Also, have you been able to connect with and download from them in the past?

Yes, that is correct. Colonial Savings Mortgage. Yes it used to work. Then it stopped. I tried to deactivate it and reactivate it and it wouldn't work. There's no option to setup an online account again so I tried adding the account new and it gives me the error. I tried deleting the account and re-adding it, and I get the same error. I tried opening up a new blank quicken file and adding it, and I get the same error.

CC-501 errors or "not your fault" message from one or more banks

Please read and follow instructions here: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-cc-501

Support needs to obtain your download log files to be able to dig a little deeper to resolve this issue for you.

Personally, I'd rather maintain this mortgage account as an Offline (Manual) Account, not connected to the mortgage holder for transaction downloading.
You only ever have one transaction per month … the monthly payment from your checking account. The Scheduled Reminder created by the Loan Setup process has the correct Splits for principal, interest and optional escrow. So, for this to work flawlessly, all you need is to record the scheduled reminder on the Due Date. And you need to have authorized the mortgage holder to Autopay (debit) the monthly payment from your checking account on the Due Date.

I see you previously had posted about this same issue but that thread has been closed. Threads will usually get closed when there has been no new posting activity for a few weeks.

There seems to be an Alert that was posted about this issue back in Apr. It was closed on 6/7 "due to low activity" (whatever that means) but "this issue is still ongoing and is still being investigated." Personally, I don't think any Alert should be closed until the issue is actually resolved but that is not my call.

Perhaps @Quicken Anja would be able to provide comment/status of this issue?

When I try to add it, I put in my username and password. It asks how I would like to receive me security code. I get my security code via email. I put that code in, and I receive the following error.

If I switch to receive my code by SMS, I get the same error.
