John Hancock Retirement Doesn't Sync Properly
I have been able to add my John Hancock account, and it sync's each day. The problem is the number of shares are totally off…not anywhere close to what is showing in the account, thus the amount of the account is no where close to the accurate amount. Any help???

When did this issue begin to occur? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring when downloading information from John Hancock?

This has been a constant issue since I first logged onto John Hancock last year - so at least 12 months. It's been very frustrating no matter the method used to connect (detailed or not). So I presume a very long time.
