I Have USAA and after the new update i can no longer update USAA [Edited]

I am running on Mac Classic and was having no trouble with downloading USAA AMX to my computer until the latest update came out either July or June »I have reauthorized the account several times and still no connection..There is no error messages or change connection prompt. the message from quicken is that it was successful

    Me too - I updated to 7.8.1 and can no longer sync. I reauthorized twice with no effect. I'm pretty sure I was able to sync with 7.8.1 several times before this started, though, so it might not be directly related to the update.

    This is serious folks. I do all my banking thru USAA and I can't get a connection. I go thru the reauthorization process, get logged on to USAA, click the appropriate "Authorize" button, return to Quicken and still can't get a connection.

    Quicken is downloading the transactions, but it's still shows a connection error.

    It's been 4 days and it's still not work. Quicken, you need to tell us what is going on and when this might be resolved. We all rely on you for our finances. Fix this.

    Per the alert, if you haven't already done so, please follow these troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the issue:

    1. Deactivate all the accounts associated with USAA.
    2. Navigate to USAA's website, (www.USAA.com), look for third party apps, and unlink Quicken.
    3. After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the USAA accounts by using the "+" button.

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What error message/code are you seeing when you attempt to add/update your USAA account(s)? Did the issue coincide with installing update 7.8.1 for all of you? If not, when did you first notice the issue?

    To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file, then follow the steps in this article on FDP-350 errors.

    Thanks so much for you help. Your instructions worked perfectly! I am now successfully downloading all my information from USAA into Quicken.

    The instructions provided by Quicken Kristina on the 16th worked, but what a pain in the [Removed - Language]. To keep my notes and mods I had to merge the old with the new and go thru and delete duplicates. Or did I do it incorrectly?

    Based on your description, it sounds like the account(s) may have been added as new rather than linked to the existing account(s) in your Quicken file? Usually Quicken is pretty good about seeing what account to link to, but it's always a good idea to make sure it's seeing the correct account to link to and not trying to add it into your Quicken file as a new account.
