I cannot add an account to Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union.
For several months I have been getting cc-501 error when trying to add an account to Quicken Classic Deluxe on Windows. For a while I could not update other accounts at that institution, but in the last month, more often than not, I update the first try. Adding an account still does not work. Also I have many accounts which end in 00001 which if I ever connect, I will need several attempts to get the proper account.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What is the exact error message you are seeing when trying to add accounts with Sandia Laboratory FCU?
To address the issue with multiple accounts having the same last few digits, if the financial institution lets you assign nicknames to your accounts, as long as they send those nicknames over to Quicken (when showing the list of accounts you can add), that may help reduce the guesswork when adding/linking accounts.

The error message is "Oops We're having a problem. (spaces) CC-501"
This message is in a pink box, one row high, and has a red triangle with a "!" in the middle.
Thank you for your suggestion regarding named accounts. I don't think that it is possible at the credit union, but I will try to find out. If balances were shown, I would also know.

According to the support article for the "Oops, We're having a problem" error, it is recommended that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they have the ability to review logs and escalate the situation as needed.
