Download from Wells Fargo Advisers

The problem was reported resolved today but I still cannot get a download from Wells Fargo Advisers. The message says that Quicken is unable to establish an internet connection but downloads from Wells Fargo Bank work. There are many intermittent download problems with this financial institution as well as others ever since you changed to the subscription based product.

    If an issue persists after it has been marked resolved, please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

    That said, the error message you describe doesn't sound like the error you would see if you were affected by the issue which was marked resolved today. Could you please provide the exact error message and code you are seeing?
