USAA Express Web Connect Changing Opening Balance
USAA Express Web Connect Keeps Changing the Opening Balance so there is no need to reconcile any transactions. This also means that the Account Balance is incorrect as well as not being able to reconcile outstanding transactions (that have posted to my account). Anyone else having this issue? Quicken customer services tells me they can't do anything to help that it is a USAA and not a Quicken problem.

To help troubleshoot, please provide additional information. When did you first notice this issue? Is this issue happening in an offline account that you update manually, or a connected account that updates when you run One Step Update? Is there anything that seems to trigger the balance changes, such as deactivating/reactivating or reauthorizing your USAA account(s)?
There is a known issue with the Opening Balance changing on accounts, usually in Express Web Connect + accounts where the Online Balance has been edited in the past. For more information, click this link.
