Transactions downloading to wrong accounts

I am using Quicken with Windows. When my Navy Federal Checking, Savings, Credit Card and eLOC accounts download for this bank, transactions are going to the wrong account. For example, just recently, my eDeposit that was made to checking was actually posted in the eLOC account. This has been a problem for me using Quicken for quite some time. I was hoping these wrong account transactions would have been corrected by now. If I must manually download my transactions, then I won't need Quicken. Can anyone shed some insight on how to fix this problem?

    Hello @bill17kay,

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Are the transactions consistently downloading into the same wrong accounts (for instance, are all checking transactions downloading into the eLOC account)? Have you checked the account details for these accounts in Quicken to verify that they're connected to the correct account? To do that, go to Tools>Account List, click the Edit button next to one of the problem accounts, choose the General tab, and look where it shows Account Number. Is it seeing the correct number there?

If the accounts are connected to the incorrect nicknames in Quicken, then to correct the issue, you would need to backup your Quicken file, deactivate the incorrectly linked accounts, then reconnect them by going to Tools>Add Account, following the prompts and making sure to carefully relink the accounts to the correct nicknames in Quicken.

I look forward to your reply!
