Multifactor authentication failure with Trumark

I'm having trouble with adding accounts for Trumark and received notice that Multifactor Authentication Failed - invalid answer. I've signed out and signed back in, can access Trumark directly online, but cannot download account activity or add accounts.

    As of today, this remains an issue…it appears to be the multifactor authentication functionality.

    When did this issue begin to occur? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Are you aware of any changes made by Trumark regarding multifactor authentication?
