Keep getting message that Quicken's online service is unavailable. Try again in 10 min. It's been 3 days now!
If you have not already done the following, you might want to try doing them. These actions can often resolve this issue when simply waiting for 10 min or so does not.:

Had problem about 10 days ago, did recommended fix, and it seemed to work until yesterday when problem reappeared. Called support and was told problem is known and I should wait 48 hours, for hopefully a fix.

Yes, this error is currently a known issue that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time. You can continue to try the previous fix as instructed in this Community FAQ. Upgrade your Quicken to R58.9. It has the fix.
