Why is Payoff Date for Loan Incorrect?

I have a 48 month 0% loan that was started in 2023 but I'm showing a payoff date in 2025 with 33 months left (which would be 2027). I'm not making any extra payments and the balance matches the loan company.

On the Loan Details tab of the loan account, what shows below the "Principal Balance Paid" graph? Because my payoff date of 2038 is completely accurate.

The "Principal Balance Paid" graph displays "Payoff Date - 12/21/2025"

Is this loan account maintained as an Offline Loan Account or is it connected to the loan company for transaction downloading?

To be able to give us more information about why this loan doesn't behave as expected, please show us the loan account's complete Loan Details view.
Also show us the most recent monthly payment's Split Transaction Detail view.

I had to delete and re-create this account for it to display properly.
