I'm on the Windows version and having the same problems with USAA. I can't tell if it's USAA side or Quicken side. I got through all the processes Quicken outlines and still get an error.

Hello @douglascherry,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? What error are you seeing? What happens when you try to reconnect your account(s)?
If you haven't done so already, have you checked your account list (Tools>Account List) to verify that you don't have any closed/inactive USAA accounts that are still trying to connect in Quicken? Do you have any duplicate accounts (which sometimes happens if you reauthorize and account and it gets added as new rather than linked to the existing nickname in Quicken)?
I look forward to your reply!

I'm having the same issue. The system will not update USAA accounts during the one step update. I could get it to update if I reset the account. However after the 21st of July quicken has either lost information or malfunctioned on that update because two accounts are showing numbers that are grossly in error.

Hello @Johan von Heo,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Was there anything else that happened on 21 July (such as a program update, unexpected program or computer shutdown, etc.)? Which numbers are incorrect (online balance, ending balance, incorrect transactions downloading, etc.)? How are the numbers incorrect (for example, online balance that is wrong because it's out of date)?
I look forward to your response!
