Would be great if could have product returns be handled such that can track that you got credited properly.
The proper way to handle a refund in Quicken is to categorize the refunding transaction to the same category as was used for the original purchase.
How does Simplify handle it?

Read the HELP. Useless function. Does NOTHING that simply recording the refund in the account won't do.
I saw your suggestion in the other thread. Personally, I wouldn't use this or vote for it, both because I have no need for it (or more accurately, I'm too lazy to pre-enter such information) and because I think as the others have stated that if needed Quicken already provides a way to do this with just entering a transaction.
