Mohela Loan Download Error FDP-105 (MAC)

my other thread of the same title was closed, this is still occurring….. any thoughts on what I need to do as this is still not working? Any advice is appreciated.

    Hello @bcunic,

    The Alert for Mohela - FDP-105 was recently marked resolved as it appears most users are no longer experiencing this issue. Please note the update from 07/5/24 in the Alert as it may help resolve the error if you have not followed those instructions yet.

    However, if you still continue to experience this error after doing so, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.
