ONGOING! 8/5/24 QWin - Entering Deposits but they Become Payments in Manual Accounts

Our teams have discovered an issue with deposits becoming payments in manual accounts. If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the instructions below as a workaround until the issue is resolved.

  1. Click on "Edit"
  2. Select "Preferences"
  3. Go to the "Setup" tab
  4. If the box for "Use New Subscriber settings for new files, accounts, features" is check, please uncheck it.
  5. Return to register and try to enter a deposit.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
