One Step Update extremely slow

Since the last update OSU has been extremely slow (upwards of 6 minutes) and doesn't download transaction for several institutions (Capital One 360, CITI, Vanguard, etc.). No error messages.

Any ideas?

The past few weeks my one step updates are taking more than 15 minutes. It was never fast, usually a few minutes, but something is definitely different recently. I am a 30+ year user of Quicken and currently run the most recent version on Windows 11 on a 64GB RAM pc. My financial institutions are large and well known (Chase, Citi, UBS, Etrade, Vanguard, Wells Fargo). Any ideas?

I haven't upgraded to the newest release because of issues I've reading. I'm still on R57.16 Windows Classic. However, my OSU has been very slow. Normally I update my 13 accounts every day and it takes about 2 minutes. Now it is more like 6 to 8 minutes. My sense is that financial institutions have been hit by Crowdstrike issue and are working to recover. I notice my some of my credit card accounts are not updating as quickly as they were like Truist and Home Depot. I would imagine over the next few weeks the Crowdstrike recovery will be completed.

Yes, I've noticed it after the recent update. Not that it was fast before, but it wasn't this slow.

Most likely they're aware of it.

I am having the same issue of very slow one-step updates on Quicken for Mac as well. I wanted to be sure your team is checking out the issue in both Quicken versions.

    Version 7.8.2 (Build 708.53926.100)

    macOS 13.6.7

    Thank you,
