Quicken Loans not updating

For past few months Quicken Loans has not been updating. I deleted the account in my accounts list and haven't been able to connect to quicken loans successfully. I have reported the problem but so far I have not received a single response.

    I appreciate the response, but this is the same response that I received at least 2 months ago. Having been in the software business in some form another I know when a problem is being worked and when the problem is put farther into the backlog. It would seem that your subscribers who must pay a yearly fee should get better resolution to problems reported. I would be glad to discuss them matter with any or all of your development teams.

    Same issue. Very frustrating that I can't add a Quicken Loans product to Quicken software.
